For
a first-time installation:

If you
downloaded the Alert Post-A-Board self-extracting
installation file to your Windows Desktop, double-click on the
APOSTBRD.EXE icon that appears there. If you saved the file elsewhere
on your hard drive, use Windows Explorer to locate the folder where
you saved it, then double click on it with your mouse.

Alert Post-A-Board
Setup will run. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

After the setup
program has completed, you can delete the icon for the APOSTBRD.EXE
file that you downloaded.
