The Group Menu PopUp Menus
To access the
Group PopUp Menu's Bookmark Functions, click on a bookmark
using the RIGHT Mouse Button as shown below:

To access the
Group PopUp Menu's Group Menu Functions, click on the Group
Menu Title using the RIGHT Mouse Button as shown below:

Bookmark PopUp Functions Explained:
The Bookmark
PopUp Menu is divided into three Submenus, which are explained below:

The 'Bookmarks'
Sub Menu:
-
Edit
Bookmark: When a single bookmark is selected, brings up the
Alert Bookmarks Editor window.

Insert Bookmark
From Browser:
When a single bookmark is selected, selecting this option will cause
Alert Bookmarks to retrieve the current URL from your browser, then
insert it as a bookmark above the bookmark you clicked on.

Insert Bookmark:
When a single bookmark is selected, selecting this option will cause
the Bookmark Editor to appear so you enter a bookmark by hand. When
you're finished, the new bookmark will be inserted above the original
bookmark you clicked on.

Insert Menu Subtitle:
When a single bookmark is selected, selecting this option will allow
you to enter a new Subtitle for the current Group Menu. When you're
finished typing the Subtitle text, the new Subtitle will be inserted
above the original bookmark you clicked on.

Cut Bookmark(s):
First copies selected bookmarks from the Group Menu, then Deletes them.

Copy: Copys
the selected bookmarks from the Group Menu.

Paste:
Inserts Copied or Cut bookmarks into the Group Menu at the location
you clicked to bring up the PopUp Menu.

Delete:
Deletes selected bookmarks from the Group Menu.

Select All:
Selects (highlights} all bookmarks in the current Group Menu. If more
than one bookmark is already selected, this option will un-select all bookmarks.

Copy To Palette:
Copys selected bookmarks from the current Group Menu to the Alert
Bookmarks Palette,
to be copied, moved, or otherwise manipulated.

Move To Palette:
MOVES selected bookmarks from the current Group Menu to the Alert
Bookmarks Palette,
to be copied, moved, or otherwise manipulated. After copying the
selected bookmarks to the Palette, they are deleted from the Group Menu.
The 'Open
Bookmark Using...' Submenu:

[Browser
Name]:
Allows you to open the selected bookmark in one of the Browsers
you've added to the Alert Bookmarks 'Select
Browser' Window. If the browser is running the bookmark will be
loaded into the topmost window of the browser, otherwise a new
browser window will be launched with the bookmark you select.

Open In New Browser
Window:
Allows you to open the selected bookmark in one of the Browsers
you've added to the Alert Bookmarks 'Select
Browser' Window. A new copy of the Browser will be
launched with the bookmark you've selected.
The Bookmark
'Tools' Submenu:
-
Email
Bookmark(s): Select the bookmark or bookmarks you wish to email
to a friend or associate, then click this option. The Bookmark Mailer
window will appear. Click here for more

Browse/Batch
Edit Bookmarks:
Causes any selected bookmarks in the Group Menu to be added to and
displayed in the Alert
Bookmarks Browse Window,
where you can visit one bookmarked page after the other, as well as
edit each bookmark.
Group Menu Shortcut Button Controls:
Many of the
functions of the Bookmark PopUp Menu can be accessed more easily
using the Group Menu Shortcut Buttons as shown below:

The Group Menu
PopUp Menu is divided into two Submenus:

The 'Group
Menu' Submenu:

Edit
Menu Title: Click this item to give the current Group Menu a
descriptive Title. A text box will appear at the top of the menu
where you can enter the title. When you're finished, click the 'Done'
button. This Title will also be shown on the Group Button that
displays the menu. If you don't want a Title to be shown in the Group
Button, enter the word "Blank" as the Title.

Cut Group Menu:
Click this button to cut the entire Group Menu from the current
toolbar. All bookmarks will be removed from the menu and saved in the
Alert Bookmarks Clipboard, and the Group Menu Title will revert to
"Blank". You can now paste the menu elsewhere in the same
toolbar, or rotate to another toolbar and paste it there.

Copy Group Menu:
Copies all of the bookmarks in the current Group Menu to the Alert
Bookmarks Clipboard.

Paste Group Menu:
Pastes a copied or cut Group Menu from the Clipboard to the current
Group Menu. If the current Group Menu is "Blank", the
pasted Group Menu will replace it. If the current Group Menu already
has bookmarks in it, the bookmarks in th pasted Group Menu will be
inserted at the currently seleced bookmark.

'Tools' Submenu:

Email
Group Menu Bookmarks: Click this option to email all of the
bookmarks in the current Group Menu to a friend or associate. The
Bookmark Mailer window will appear. Click here

Browse

Click this option to add all of the bookmarks in the Current Group
Menu for display in in the Alert
Bookmarks Browse Window,
